Termos e Condições

Estes Termos e Condições (“Termos”) regem a utilização do cafremarket (“nós”,ou “nossos”) pelos clientes, incluindo o nosso website e aplicações móveis disponíveis em  http://cafremarket.co.mz.

Ao criar uma conta ou ao utilizar os serviços, concorda com estes Termos e com a nossa Política de Privacidade. Caso não concorde, não utilize os serviços..

1. Elegibilidade

Deve ter capacidade jurídica para celebrar um contrato vinculativo no seu país. Se utilizar a plataforma em nome de uma empresa, declara que tem autoridade para vincular essa empresa.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may delete your account in the app or by contacting support where that feature is available.

3. Marketplace Roles

cafremarket provides a marketplace platform. Depending on the product you use, you may act as a customer, seller/vendor, or delivery partner. You are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to your role (including selling, shipping, delivery, and tax obligations where relevant).

4. Orders, Payments & Deliveries

• Order acceptance, pricing, shipping, and fulfillment follow the information shown at checkout or assignment.
• Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
• Physical goods purchased through the marketplace are sold by merchants/sellers on the platform (unless otherwise stated). Platform fees and seller subscriptions, if any, may be governed by separate merchant agreements and/or web billing.
• Digital content unlockable only inside iOS apps is not sold through non-Apple in-app purchase mechanisms when prohibited by Apple rules.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights
• Upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or fraudulent content
• Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or disruption of the service
• Misrepresent identity, products, delivery status, or payment information

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as product images or messages). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate the marketplace.

7. Intellectual Property

The apps, website, branding, and software are owned by cafremarket or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute them except as allowed by law.

8. Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Marketplace transactions between buyers and sellers may involve third parties for which we have limited control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cafremarket is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the services.

10. App Store / Play Store Terms

If you downloaded an app from Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to comply with the applicable store terms. Those stores are third-party platforms and are not responsible for providing maintenance or support for our apps unless required by their terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time and may delete your account where available. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or service integrity risks.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
